Black Friday Terms and Conditions
- Pre-Access (8th November)
Exclusive Access Period: The Pre-Access event will run from 7:30 PM on 8th November until 10:30 AM on 9th November.
Access Requirements: Only customers who are members of our exclusive community group will be able to access the website during this time. The website will remain locked to non-members.
Limited Time Offers: All promotions and offers available during the Pre-Access period are subject to stock availability and will not be extended beyond the specified time window.
Free Gift Offer: Customers who spend £80 or more during the Pre-Access period will receive a free gift worth up to £49.99. Gifts may include electric wax melt burners, whipped soaps, body scrubs, wax melts, lip balms, or other Sassy Scents products. The selection of the free gift is at our discretion and subject to stock availability.
- Black Friday Offers
Offer Validity: Offers will be available from 9th November through to 28th November, subject to stock availability.
Offer Restrictions: Black Friday offers cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. All offers are subject to stock availability and are limited to one use per customer. No backorders or rain checks are permitted.
Modifications: We reserve the right to cancel or amend any offers at any time.
- Flash Sales
First-Come, First-Served: All flash sale products and discounts will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Single Use: Flash sale offers are limited to one use per customer and cannot be honoured or applied retroactively if the allocated flash sale window is missed.
Flash Sale Duration: The discount code will be active for a select period during the flash sale, with no exact times communicated in advance. After the flash sale window closes, the code will expire and no further discounts will be applied.
- Mystery Bundles
Mystery bundles may contain a selection of our best-selling scents. The contents of this bundle will be reviewed at least weekly to allow for variances with bundles but the contents of the mystery bundles are set. If you order multiple of the same bundle within the same order, the bundle will be the same as the contents are set weekly.
General Terms & Conditions
Limited Availability: All Black Friday offers are available only while supplies last. We cannot guarantee stock availability throughout the entire promotion period.
Exclusions: Certain products may be excluded from promotional discounts. Exclusions will be noted on product pages where applicable.
Non-Transferable: Offers and discounts are non-transferable and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Amendments: We reserve the right to modify or end any promotions without prior notice. All terms and conditions are subject to change at our discretion.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to apply the relevant discount code at checkout. Discounts will not be applied once an order has been submitted.
