Plain vanilla bean is the soft, milky, bakery-adjacent one — comforting and easy to live with. Add caramel and it turns sweeter and more indulgent. Layer it with cashmere, amber or oud and it goes deeper and warmer, closer to a perfume than a dessert.

Vanilla is the easiest scent to layer because it sits underneath almost anything. Try it alongside a bakery scent for full dessert mode, or with something fresher to soften the edges. Many of our vanillas also come as whipped soap and room spray.

What's the difference between vanilla and vanilla bean?
Vanilla bean is the softer, milkier version. Plain vanilla blends are usually sweeter and more dessert-like.
Is vanilla too sweet for a bedroom?
